Typical Shoot Conditions & Itinerary

We are pleased to share the details of our 2025/26 season package, including our standard two-day itinerary. Please note that all full team trips are entirely customisable, and we would be delighted to tailor the experience to your specific preferences. It is also possible to book a single day or extend your stay beyond two days, as the Estate is well equipped to host up to five consecutive days of shooting.


El Crespo - The 2025/2026 Season

Season: 15th September - 31st March

Line: Six - Ten Guns

Bag: 1,200 Birds (Two Days)

Cost: €POA (N.B. - Corporate bookings may be IVA exempt)

Invoicing: We would require a non-refundable 50% deposit, with the second 50% balance payment due three months before the shoot days. Please note that all payments will be made directly to the El Crespo Spanish account.

Spanish Partridge Shooting at El Crespo

Typical Itinerary

Day One

Guests land at Madrid-Barajas Airport.

Meet with Oliver Severn and the Estate drivers in the arrivals hall. Those guests travelling with firearms will be assisted with this process at customs, which is located just next to the arrivals hall.

Guests depart the airport in Estate vehicles and drive c.2hours and 15 minutes to El Crespo.

Note, if you might like to stop for lunch on the way to the Estate, there is an exceptional traditional restaurant we often use and we could assist with this.

Arrive at El Crespo Lodge and guests are welcomed by HRH Prince Pedro.

A welcome drink is enjoyed before being shown to rooms, with time to settle in.

19:00 Gun selection and fitting for those who require hire guns

19:30 Evening drinks and canapes

20:30 Seated for dinner


Day Two

07:30 Wake-up call for those guests who would like one

08:00 Full breakfast at the lodge

09:00 Shoot briefing followed by meeting with the loaders

09:15 Depart for the first drive. On arrival, Guests will be shown to their stand and enjoy the first drive before repositioning to a new drive and shooting the second drive

c.11:30 Taco – An infield elevenses with hot soup and Spanish Jamón Ibérico, soft drinks, wines etc

12:15 Shoot drive three and four before lunch

14:15 Lunch which is usually enjoyed in the house

15:45 Afternoon shooting commences, fifth and final drive

17:30 Shooting finishes, guests return to the lodge

19:30 Evening drinks and canapes

20:30 Seated for dinner


Day Three

07:30 Wake-up call for those guests who would like one

08:00 Full breakfast at the lodge

09:00 Shoot briefing followed by meeting with the loaders

09:15 Depart for the first drive. On arrival, Guests will be shown to their stand and enjoy the first drive before repositioning to a new drive and shooting the second drive

c.11:30 Taco – An infield elevenses with hot soup and Spanish Jamón Ibérico, soft drinks, wines etc

12:15 Shoot drive three and four before returning to the Lodge for lunch and time to have a shower and finish packing

13:00 Lunch taken in the Lodge

15:00 Depart the Lodge for Madrid
